Coach Wainger Flowers has truly been an inspiration in my life.

Coach Wainger Flowers has truly been an inspiration in my life. Many times we battle secretive depression, overwhelming burdens, or challenges in life that we are so afraid to talk about. Wainger didn’t know it, but the many conversations we had even during her times of trial gave me courage. I honestly cannot recommend a better coach than Wainger Flowers. We have known each other for as long as I could remember, but even now she continues to guide me through the struggles of motherhood the fears of life and the challenges of creating a legacy.

Wainger’s coaching is deeply genuine, her wisdom unmatched, and her heart fully invested in helping others step into their purpose.

Wainger is not only a coach but also a true example of strength and purpose in action. She is a true example of resilience and grace, turning her own story of loss and healing into a powerful source of inspiration for others. Her book, Unknown Strength: How I Survived, Lost, and Embraced Life Again, is a raw and moving testament to her journey through grief and renewal. Through her work as the founder of Widows and Stilettos, she has built a supportive, empowering community where women can find strength, connection, and encouragement to rediscover themselves.

Her coaching is deeply genuine, her wisdom unmatched, and her heart fully invested in helping others step into their purpose. I wholeheartedly applaud her for the transformation she brings to so many lives and pray she continues to walk in divine purpose and favor.

Wainger D. Flowers is a radiant example of resilience and faith. Her strength in the face of profound loss, coupled with her unwavering compassion for others, has deeply inspired me. She doesn’t just survive—she uplifts, leads, and heals with grace.

I’ve had the privilege of experiencing Wainger D. Flowers not only as a remarkable life coach, but as a woman whose strength and unwavering faith in God shine brightest in the face of unimaginable loss.

Watching how she has navigated life’s deepest valleys—while still showing up for others with compassion, wisdom, and grace-has inspired me to keep pushing forward, even when obstacles seem insurmountable. Her ability to support and uplift those around her, all while staying strong for herself and her boys, is nothing short of extraordinary.

Both personally and professionally, Wainger exemplifies resilience and faith, and I’m grateful for the impact she’s had on my life.

“I am incredibly proud of my amazing friend Wainger, a true beacon of resilience and grace. After experiencing profound loss, she not only found the strength to rebuild her life but also chose to uplift others walking a similar path. Her powerful book, Unknown Strength: How I Survived Loss and Embraced Life Again, is a raw and inspiring testament to her journey through grief, healing, and renewal.”

When I started the program, I wanted to get my optometry practice running more effectively and feel empowered to move forward with my second business. I also wanted to stop wasting time and have more time for things and people I enjoy. The program was extremely helpful in organizing my practice. I have seen major improvements in the way my office is run. I have also made strides in starting my second business when I had been stagnant in that area for over a year prior to working with Whitney.

I learned that I respond well to accountability and organized action items. Also, so many of us lack the knowledge on how to streamline processes. So, we often waste time spinning our wheels and making things more complicated than they actually need to be. Having Whitney to discuss things with when she’s so methodical and has experience in small businesses was very empowering. The systems Whitney helped me implement in my office are truly invaluable. Doing the program made me feel less isolated and made sure I moved forward in my businesses.

“She’s also the founder of Widows in Stilettos, a beautiful, empowering community where women find connection, support, and the encouragement to rediscover themselves. Her strength is unmatched, her heart is genuine, and her impact is immeasurable. I applaud her for all of her outstanding achievements, and may she continue to walk in uncommon favor and divine purpose.”

Whitney and her team really helped me find my passion again and allowed me to fall in love with my business all over again. They provided specific guidance and answered any of my concerns/questions about my business.

I learned that I was too busy to focus on growing my business. I was being pulled in so many different directions that I had no crystal clear goal. I realized that I had SO many responsibilities to keep my business running that there was no room for me to innovate and scale the business. I also learned that doing EVERYTHING in my business put me in a headspace that didn’t allow me to be creative.

The one-on-one sessions with Whitney and her team and the exercises were truly eye opening. I was forced to be honest with myself and my business. I was forced to face my fears and do the things I kept putting off.

The weekly group sessions were also extremely inspiring. Seeing my peers do amazing things with their business and watching them overcome their fears and insecurities about their business really fueled the fire for mine. The private online community is one of the best communities I’ve ever been a part of! I was able to gain multiple new clients through the community alone.

I would just like to thank Whitney and her team for truly changing my life by guiding me to get back in touch with my passion for photography. I loved the Small Business Accelerator experience. I know Whitney and her team truly care about me and my business. They left no stone unturned and brought so much value to the table.
